En diciembre del 1983, un grupo de padres ante la falta de atenci\u00f3n en esta comarca a las personas con discapacidad intelectual y a sus familias, constituyen la Asociaci\u00f3n.
Su preocupaci\u00f3n era dar respuesta y atenci\u00f3n a ese colectivo de personas que no dispon\u00edan de estos servicios. La \u00fanica opci\u00f3n que ten\u00edan era el internamiento de sus hijos en los centros m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximos que estaban en La Coru\u00f1a y\/o Santiago, lo que supon\u00eda el separase de ellos.<\/p>\n

Se empieza prestando atenci\u00f3n en una escuela unitaria cedida por el concello de Cee atendiendo a 7 personas con discapacidad de los concellos de Cee, Corcubi\u00f3n, Dumbr\u00eda y Fisterra.<\/p>\n

En un corto espacio de tiempo la demanda de atenci\u00f3n a las personas con discapacidad intelectual sin escolarizar de otros concellos aument\u00f3, al igual que la de las personas integradas en centros ordinarios para combinar con una atenci\u00f3n especializada. De este modo, Aspadex ampli\u00f3 a 2 aulas unitarias en el concello de Cee.<\/p>\n

Fue en el a\u00f1o 1991 cuando el ayuntamiento de Cee cede un terreno a la asociaci\u00f3n y se construye el edificio destinado a crear servicios (centro de d\u00eda y ocupacional).<\/p>\n

Con el paso del tiempo la asociaci\u00f3n va evolucionando y se construye la residencia, la tienda y la vivienda tutelada<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Se constituye la Asociaci\u00f3n de Padres con Discapacidad Intelectual, elabor\u00e1ndose y aprob\u00e1ndose los estatutos.<\/p>\n

El ayuntamiento de Cee, cede un aula unitaria. Se comienza a prestar atenci\u00f3n a 7 usuarios con discapacidad intelectual de los concellos de C\u00e9e, Corcubi\u00f3n, Dumbr\u00eda y Finisterre.<\/p>\n

El 16 de octubre del mismo a\u00f1o el ayuntamiento de C\u00e9e cede la 2\u00ba aula unitaria.<\/p>\n

En febrero dan comienzo las obras de la construcci\u00f3n del edificio destinado a Aula taller con financiaci\u00f3n de La Conselleria de Trabajo y Servicios Sociales, Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial y ayuda de Concellos.<\/p>\n

el 19 de abril, el Concello de C\u00e9e cede terrenos para la construcci\u00f3n de un edificio de Viviendas tuteladas y tienda para venta de productos artesanales elaborados en el Centro Ocupacional. Se lleva a cabo dicha construcci\u00f3n y equipamiento con financiaci\u00f3n de la Conselleria de Sanidad Servicios Sociales, IRPF 0,5 ministerio de Asuntos Sociales, Plan Leader ( proyecto europeo 1 )<\/p>\n

Se pone en funcionamiento el Kiosco del hospital Virxen da Xunqueira d\u00e1ndo trabajo a personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n
